Whether you’re an experienced player, returning to the game or picking up a rugby ball for the first time, you’ll find a warm welcome at Northolt RFC. We’re a friendly, community focused club that brings people together through a shared love of rugby.
Joining Northolt RFC is a great way to get active, improve your fitness and develop your skills in a supportive team environment. You’ll have the chance to train regularly, enjoy competitive matches and learn from players and coaches who want to help you succeed.
But being part of the club is about much more than what happens on the pitch. It’s about meeting new people, building lasting friendships and enjoying the camaraderie and social side of rugby. Everyone has a part to play, and every member helps make our club stronger.

Matches
Matches take place on Saturday afternoons. Visit our fixtures page for more information about kick off times and venues.
We play our home games at Cayton Sports Park, Cayton Road, Greenford, UB6 8BJ.
Our clubhouse provides a great atmosphere for post match wind down, bring the family along
Training
Training takes place every Wednesday at 7pm at Cayton Sports Park, Cayton Road, Greenford, UB6 8BJ. We usually meet at around 6.45pm. Please register your interest to join us.
Our sessions are led by qualified coaches and players of all abilities are welcome. Please bring suitable training clothes, boots and a gumshield. Showers are available, so remember a towel and a change of clothes.
